Brief description of the content of the supported project:

At the gateway of Tokaj city center, we will create a Hungarian bistro in the renovated building of the former kindergarten, preserving the architectural historical values while modernizing the facade, roof, windows, and heating-cooling systems for economical operation. The interior will be divided into three sections: a bar and a guest area for 40-50 people in the center, a kitchen on the left, and a separate bar, a private room for 25-30 people, and a restroom on the right; the external renovation of the former cinema will create a unified cityscape, and the interior will be multifunctional. By demolishing the fence, we will establish a walkable park, restoring the geometry of the garden, enriched with contemporary artworks and a terrace. The aim of the investment is to develop part of the World Heritage, restore historical values, and enhance the city's tourism.
