The Galuschka Bistro & Garden sets the table for the Easter long weekend. Lenten specialties on Good Friday, festive dishes on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, inspired by the spring flavors of the Tokaj wine region, just as it is customary here: simply, but precisely.
On the plates now wild garlic and sea buckthorn, lamb and rabbit, local ingredients and seasonal freshness. A bite of Tokaj, in a festive cloak.
On Good Friday, we welcome our guests with a Lenten menu, and from Saturday to Monday, with Easter offers, while the à la carte menu will remain available throughout the long weekend.
